Privacy Policy (WhatsApp Order Notifications)

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send internal order notifications from our WooCommerce store to authorized administrators.

Data we process
When a customer places an order, we may process order details such as customer name, phone number, order number, order items, order notes (including allergy information if provided), order total, and pickup/delivery details.

Purpose
This data is used only to notify store administrators about new orders and order updates so we can fulfill orders.

Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to deliver the notification (Meta/WhatsApp) and our hosting/technical providers as necessary to operate the website.

Retention
Order data is retained in WooCommerce according to our business and legal obligations. Message delivery logs (if stored) are retained for up to [X days/months] for troubleshooting.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data and restrict access to authorized personnel.
